The Money Across Borders Simulator does not ask for or collect any personal information. It has no fields for your name, contact details or any other identifying information. As with the rest of the Site, general usage data (for example, that a page was visited) may be recorded

4. Newsletter

We will only send you our newsletter if you have subscribed and ticked the consent box.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with organisations that help us run the Site and our business, and only as far as necessary:

Wix.com Ltd and its group companies, which host and operate the Site, process form submissions and newsletter sign-ups, and provide site analytics.

Email and file storage providers we use to communicate with you and store business records, such as Google Workspace.

Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.

Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

These providers act on our instructions under written terms, or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website.

The Site uses:

Strictly necessary cookies, which are needed for the Site to load, stay secure and function. These do not require consent.

Analytics and functional cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the Site. Where these are not strictly necessary, we ask for your consent through the cookie banner before they are set.

You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time through the cookie settings on the Site, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers, including Wix, process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Information:

Newsletter subscriptions - Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent

Enquiries that do not lead to work - Up to 24 months after our last contact with you

Client and partner records, contracts and invoices - As long as needed to deliver the work, then for 6 years to meet legal and accounting requirements

Site analytics data - As set by the analytics provider and your cookie choices

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

9. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure hosting, access controls and encrypted connections. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take steps to reduce the risk and will act promptly if something goes wrong.
